OPD Information
- OPD Hours: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM (Mon–Sun)
- Emergency: 24/7 available
- No prior appointment required for OPD (recommended for faster service)
- Bring previous medical records, prescriptions, and reports
- Registration at the reception desk on arrival
Admission Process
- Patient ID proof (Aadhaar / Voter ID / PAN)
- Treating doctor's admission note / referral
- Attendant's ID proof
- Insurance / TPA / Ayushman card (if applicable)
- Emergency admissions: stabilisation first, documentation later
Discharge Process
- Clearance from the treating doctor/team
- Billing settlement (or insurer/TPA authorisation)
- Collect discharge summary and prescriptions
- Follow-up appointment scheduled
- Collect medications from in-house pharmacy

- Ayushman Bharat PMJAY accepted — FREE treatment
- Multiple private insurers & TPAs empanelled
- Bring insurance card + policy documents
