What patients and attendants usually need before arrival
The layout is split into decision-friendly cards so users can jump straight to OPD, admission, discharge, insurance, visitors, or diagnostics.
OPD information
- OPD hours: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM (Mon–Sun)
- Emergency services are available 24/7
- Walk-ins are possible, but booking is recommended for faster service
- Bring previous prescriptions, reports, and medical records
- Register at the reception desk on arrival
Admission process
- Carry patient ID proof such as Aadhaar, Voter ID, or PAN
- Bring the doctor’s admission note or referral when applicable
- Keep attendant ID proof ready
- Bring insurance, TPA, or Ayushman documents if applicable
- Emergency admissions may complete documentation after stabilisation
Discharge process
- Treating doctor clearance is required
- Billing settlement or insurer authorisation must be completed
- Collect discharge summary and prescriptions before leaving
- Confirm follow-up advice and next appointment
- Collect medications from the hospital pharmacy if needed
Insurance and cashless support
- Ayushman Bharat PMJAY is accepted for eligible patients
- Multiple private insurers and TPAs are empanelled
- Bring insurance card and supporting documents
- Confirm cashless eligibility before admission when possible

Visitor information
- Check visiting policy with the nursing station
- Parking is available at the hospital
- Wheelchair and ramp access are available
- Cafeteria support is available on premises
- In-house pharmacy support is available for prescriptions
Diagnostics
- Pathology support is available, including extended service hours
- X-ray and routine investigations are available
- Blood tests, urine tests, and imaging support can be coordinated
- Diagnostic appointments can be booked by phone or form
- Report timing depends on the test and patient case
